1. What time is Check In & Check Out?
We look forward to welcoming you. To ensure that your room is clean and organized when you arrive, Check In is from 3:00 Pm.
Check Out is at 11 Am so the room can be cleaned and ready to receive our next guest.
2. How can I Check In?
We have SmartLock as our Check In mode. It means you will receive a PIN code the day of your arrival so you can self check in.
3. What can I do if my plane landed early than the check in hour?
If your plane landed before 3 pm, you can either let us know and we’ll check if your room is already cleaned or you can wait in the lobby.
If you arrive very early in the morning (i.e. 2 am – 3 am) the same day of your check in, it will not be possible to go into your room as it might be occupied.
4. What kind of places can I find nearby?
Our Guest House is located in a commercial area of Puerto Rico. It is close to the José Miguel Coliseum, Plaza Las Americas Mall Center, Mall of San Juan, Supermarkets and more.
5. Is there a private parking in the building?
We do offer parking on premises although it is not fully private.
6. Are pets allowed in the House?
Yes, we love pets and they are welcome. However, we kindly ask you to not leave your pet alone in the studio and to clean any feces they might do inside.
7. What should I do if I accidently break or lose something from the Each Guest House?
If you accidently break or lose something from our House, please inform us immediately.
8. Is there a laundry service?
Inside the building we have a laundry room where you can use the washer and dryer. However, in front of building there is also a laundry in case you prefer to do it there.
9. Is the area secure?
Yes, EACH is located in a safe commercial area. We also have security cameras outside and in the co-living areas of the building.
10. Who can I talk to in case of emergency or if I need help?
We are here 24/7 , whether you have an emergency or simply want some recommendations.
Furthermore, in every studio we have a welcome brochure where you can find the contact information of the nearest hospital and police station.
