Cancellations
You can cancel free of charge up to 1 day before the arrival date. You will be charged the total price of the reservation if you cancel the day before the arrival date. If you do not show up, the charge will be equivalent to the cancellation fee.
The free cancellation deadlines are based on the accommodation’s time zone (AST)

Advance payment is required through the website.
Taxes and service charges
9% Puerto Rico Tourism Tax is not included.
A cleaning fee of $50 USD per stay is not included.

Parking conditions
The building has ample exclusive parking for guests. It is not private but completely free.
